@PhDemetri I wrote my thesis using bookdown, and it was awesome! Used a thesis template by a friend, which has all the stylistic stuff done in LaTeX, and main text in Rmarkdown. I guess you could probably just replace the LaTeX stuff with yours? Hope it helps! https://t.co/fg84dgl10V
